Asoe developed Oilvey™ though-the-weave TPU hose for temporary long distance oil transfer.
Oilvey™ TPU hose can burden higher pressures, and antistatic materials are added into the PU raw materials, and several pcs of cooper wires are embeded into the reinforcement layer ( copper wires need to be connected to couplings during installation). Oilvey™ TPU oil hose can be used to fuel oil tank trucks, warehosues, wharfs, also it can be used for water discharge where the oil and mining fields fammable danger zones.

Cover：Abrasion resistant and oil resistant TPU
Reinforcement：100% High tenacity synthetic polyester yarn or aramid
(several pcs of cooper wires are embeded into the reinforcement layer)
Tube：Abrasion resistant and oil resistant TPU

Characteristic：abrasion resistant, oil resistant, anti-stastic, UV, Ozone and weathering resistant，fungus resistant, kink resistant.
Operating Temperature：-60° F to 176°F (-50oC～+80oC)
Standard length：660ft (200meters)，other lengths available per request
Color：Olive green, NATO green, other colors available per request
Couplings：HPHC-FM large diameter high pressure couplings

Mainly used in ships, docks, warehouses, field army mechanical troops of all kinds of temporary oil supply, oil and coal mine and other high flammable danger area drainage.
